Nice & Clean Floor Care specializes in Very Low Moisture (VLM) carpet cleaning. Using a patented oscillating pad system and a diluted encapsulant detergent we essentially scrub carpets clean. This process is great for residential and commercial properties. 

Our machines do not require any hoses to be brought in so the process is less intrusive than the traditional Hot Water Extraction. Dry times do vary job to job, in most cases one to two hours until floors are dry. 

Hot Water Extraction (HWE) is considered the traditional carpet cleaning method. Although VLM is our preferred method of cleaning we do offer HWE. This process does require hoses and in most cases drying fans to be brought in. In most cases we will actually use a VLM machine first to remove as much as possible before using the HWE machine. If you feel that this method of cleaning is the method you need please tell us during our booking conversation. 

Pet odor or smoke odor is something that is always an issue. We do have very specific odor neutralizers and enzymes that can be used if needed.
